Mandalay Foods (အာပူလွ်ာပူ၊ ေရွာက္သီးသုပ္၊ ထမင္းသုပ္၊ ေက်ာက္ေက်ာရည္)

In Mandalay, we called this soup as Arr Pu Shar Pu which mean that soup can make your tongue hot.

In Yangon, they called Rakhine Mont Ti.

These food photos were taken from food stall at Mandalay (82 and 34 street) which selling different kinds of Myanmar traditional salads. For me the stall is like One stop dinning place of Myanmar Food.

Lime Salad.

Rice Salad with Fish cake.

The lime grass jelly appeal my thirst.
