Myanmar Note

My Mom told me "Like this still consider acceptable." I found one note which is half (200 Kyats) and half (500 kyats) too bad i forget to take photo of that.  Since the 200 Kyats portion is quit big so it is considered as 200 Kyats.

Tourists which I met during the trip look so disappointing of using that kind of money. One French couple I met in Tea shop at U Bein bridge asking the waiter for new note for their change and the waiter say "No No No." and give them dirty old note. What to do?
