Weekend cooking #8 (ၿမီးရွည္)


Actually cooking Mee Shay is quite easy. But you need to prepare the following items -

1. Boil Laksa Noodle
2. Boil pork meat and keep the water for soup
3. heat up Sago Powder with water to make 'Gel' (Shortcut, not real recipe)
4. Boil bean sprouts
5. Black bean sauce (Can buy from Supermarket)
