Weekend Cooking #9 (Tofu Nway)
I think it is not difficult to make Tofu nway (so called Boiled Pea powder) but its taste won't be good if you don't know well its recipe. However, I still haven't learnt how to cook. :) This is one of the wellknown Myanmar's favourite delicacies, especially, people in my hometown, Mandalay like to have it for their breakfast.
