Nan Gyi Toke

This Nan Gyi Toke was cooked last week Friday. The actual recipe uses chicken curry, but I used fish ball curry to make this. Mont Ti (rice noodle) is cheap and easy to buy in Singapore. You can buy it at any supermarket in Singapore. Compared to Burmese Mont Ti, Singapore Mont Ti is a bit hard so you need to boil it with hot water for a while.
